Hello, I am a 32 year old male with MS on disability. I found a home that I want for my family that is only 59000 and needs work but my church will help fix it up for me. I have really low credit score from past problems that are fixed now but the score I was told will take about 24 monthes to get up so that I can get a loan so, I am looking for another way to get this home. I wanted to know if anyone knows what I can do.
